Our advices are realistic and that's why can be put into practise right away. To distinguish ourselves from the traditional consulting firms our approach is being referred to as 'do consultancy'. The clients problem is approached as if it was our own problem.

  • advising in the field of publishing (ad hoc and on a structural basis);
  • sparring partner of management, publishers and portfolio managers;
  • evaluate and conceive proposals on launching and removal of titles;
  • strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats (SWOT analyses) in relation to existing publishing products and services;
  • advice on the relation between the market in need of information (readers market) and the market in need of communication (advertisers market);
  • selection on behalf of foundations and societies of partners acting as publisher on their behalf on a licence- or other contract basis;
  • drafting of agreements between owners of titles and the publishers commercialy exploiting these titles;

  • advice on and selection of third specialist-parties to be hired to execute certain jobs such as : pre-press, printing and finishing, shipment, advertising sales, fulfilment to the readers, distributions/ book store sales, listbrokers, marketing research agencies;
  • recruitment and selection of candidates for commercial management positions such as: commercial manager, marketing manager, publisher, portfolio manager, advertising manager, circulation manager, marketing manager and marketing services manager and marketresearchers;
  • in company training on the job and coaching of marketing and sales staff.
  • advising on the draft of the organisation of marketing and sales and the quantitative and qualitative crew requirements (marketing; reader markets: subscription handling, controlled circulation, free circulation, bookseller sales; advertising and sponsoring; direct-mail; seminars; fairs and exhibitions; books,etc.)
  • advice on the relation and cooperation between the editorial and the commercial staff;
