Publishers Plaza's scope and operation

Publishers Plaza is a global meeting place of professional Publishers and (potential) private or business investors.

Publishers Plaza is divided in a public part and a part reserved to members. Detailed information on the offered items and the possibility to ask for a match is open to members only. The reasoning why is in the confidentiality and credibility required in buying and selling intangibles of publishers.

As a member of Publishers Plaza you can look into the offered items at Publishers Plaza and study the advertisements .

A prerequisite for membership is the belonging to the professional target-group. The Webmaster will verify this. After acceptance as a prospective member you will only become a member after acceptance of the General Conditions of Publishers Plaza.

As a prospective member you have to complete a membership request form. After receipt of a confirmation of your membership you will receive a login-name and password in order to allow you to enter the part of Publishers Plaza reserved for members. The membership is free of charge until further notice.

Members of Publishers Plaza are free to see the offers on the website. If you are interested in a particular advertisement you need to inform the manager of Publishers Plaza. The manager will inform the advertiser of your interest. Depending on the answer of the advertiser a match could be the result.

Selling orders
Members are entitled to place selling orders. These orders will be activated on the site after approval of the manager. Important point is that the anonymity of the advertiser is safeguarded.

You could advertise in English at www.publishersplaza.com or in Dutch at www.publishersplaza.nl. The validity of the advertisement is limited to one year but could be extended with another year. The identity of both members (buying and selling parties) will be maintained unless the interested member asks for a match and the manager of Publishers Plaza – after consulting the selling member – approves to enter into negotiations.
